The Turkish scientist visited the Institute of Folklore
On the 21st of June in 2022 the Head of the “World Word Academy” Association of Turkey, Professor Hayrettin Ivgin was a guest of the Folklore Institute of ANAS. Director General of the Institute, Academician Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov welcomed the guest warmly and looked at the historical roots of literary and cultural ties between the two brotherly countries. The current state and future prospects of Azerbaijani-Turkish folklore relations were also discussed during the meeting. It should be noted that Professor Hayrettin Ivgin is one of the intellectuals who constantly promotes Azerbaijani literature and culture in the brotherly country. Along with the staff of the Folklore Institute, poet Vugar Ahmad also attended the event.
