General Director of the Institute of Folklore Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov took part in the exhibition of scientific achievements of the Academy
On the 27th of April ANAS hosted the opening of the exhibition of scientific achievements of the academy dedicated to the “Science Day”. The General Director of the AMEA Folklore Institute, academician Muxtar Kazimoglu-Imanov also participated at the opening meeting. The purpose of the exhibition is to strengthen the influence of scientific activity in society, popularize science, evaluate the work of scientists and promote them to new scientific achievements and successes.
The exhibition organized within the framework of the general meeting of ANAS was attended by Head of the Department of Humanitarian policy, Diaspora, multiculturalism and religious affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farah Aliyeva, Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev, chairman of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Famil Mustafayev, chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief and executive directors of ANAS scientific institutions and organizations, rectors of higher education institutions, as well as Azerbaijani scientists living abroad.
Representatives of scientific institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences gave information to the guests about the obtained achievements, books and monographs, booklets, catalogs, archaeological samples, plant varieties distinguished by high productivity, samples of flora and fauna, disinfectant ultraviolet robot, drones, lubricants, medicinal plants, natural food dyes, extracts, etc. The achievements of the enterprises were demonstrated visually with the help of installed monitors.
The materials presented at the exhibition of scientific achievements of the academy were met with interest.
It should be noted that the exhibition of scientific achievements will last until the 29th of April.
