Our employee was a guest of the program “Jan, Azerbaijan!” on the Public Radio

On the 15th of March in 2022 PhD., associate professor Sonmez Abbasli was a guest on the program “Jan, Azerbaijan!” of Public Radio. In the program the historical roots of Novruz were looked through and it was said that Novruz, which had brought people together since ancient times and provided holiday of revival and awakening of the entire Turkic world. During the program Sonmez Abbasli also paid attention to the ceremonies and games held in Karabakh on the occasion of pre-Tuesdays. It was noted that many of our folk games, such as “Baharband”, “Finjan-finjan” were performed during the holiday days.
